Miguel Teixeira (1987-) attended ‘Academia Amadores de Música’ where he studied with composers Pedro Rocha and Eurico Carrapatoso. Latter on he entered ‘Escola Superior de Música de Lisboa’ where he studied with Carlos Marecos and Sergio Azevedo, currently studying with Luis Tinoco. Has attended seminars with Antonio Pinho Vargas, Carlos Guedes, Emmanuel Nunes, Eurico Carrapatoso, Fernando Lapa, João Pedro Oliveira, Marc-André Dalbavie and Sergio Azevedo. Concluded the first year of law school. Participated in the ‘Workshop de Direcção Coral’ in 2009 with Paulo Lourenço, teacher and maestro.
